For just 10% of your ticket price, Trip Protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your cruise for ANY reason up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure—or receive a FULL refund (excluding the Trip Protection fee and any applicable processing fees).

Whether it’s a sudden schedule conflict, unexpected weather, or a change of heart, Trip Protection keeps your plans worry-free.

If you choose not to add Trip Protection at the time of booking, you still have options:

•  You may cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before your tour without penalty.
•  Within 7 days of your tour, no refunds are available, but we will do our best to reschedule your tour to another date, depending on availability.

Our tours run light rain or shine—after all, some of the best memories are made in unexpected weather! However, in rare cases of severe weather or government closures (such as temporary restrictions around sensitive waterway zones), Palapa Tours reserves the right to adjust itineraries without offering partial refunds. That said, our team always strives to deliver a memorable and seamless experience, no matter the conditions.
